A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a program that helps you pay for health care and dependent care costs using tax free dollars. This plan is administered by Clarity Benefit Solutions.
A Health Care FSA is used to pay for or reimburse out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses that you and your dependents incur during the plan year.
You may carryover up to $680 in unused Health Care FSA funds from 2026 to 2027. Any money remaining in your Health Care FSA over $680 as of the end of the year will be forfeited. This is known as the “use it or lose it” rule and it is governed by IRS regulations.
Note: FSA elections do not automatically continue from year to year; you must actively enroll each year.
