
Employees with a regular work schedule of 20 or more hours per week are eligible for 67% of their wages for up to 12 weeks after 26 weeks of employment.
Employees with a regular work schedule of less than 20 hours per week are eligible after 175 days worked.
Leave may be taken to bond with a child (birth, adoption, fostering); to care for the employee’s immediate family member with a serious health condition; or if an employee’s immediate family member is deployed for active military duty.
