| Eligibility | First day of the calendar month following date of hire and regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Temporary employees are ineligible. All pets are eligible. |
| Pet Assure Veterinary Discount Plan | The Center provides eligible employees a veterinary discount program for all covered in-house medical services and procedures, including pet wellness, sick and emergency visits. Participating veterinarians will discount the medical services portion of the bill by 25%. The premium is $1.85 per week for a single pet, and $2.54 per week for unlimited pets. The premium is withheld post-tax. |
| PetPlus Prescription Savings Plan | The Center provides eligible employees savings on pet prescriptions via the PetPlus Prescription Savings Plan. Members receive wholesale pricing on prescription medications, flea & tick products, vitamins & supplements, heartworm preventatives and specialty & prescription food. The premium is $0.87 per week for a single pet, and $1.73 per week for unlimited pets. The premium is withheld post-tax. |
